Acadian Crab Bake Recipe
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Green onions w/tops, minced
- 3 c. Cooked rice
- 1 can (8-ounce) crabmeat, flaked
- 2 med Tomatoes, peeled, slice Salt to taste
- 3/4 c. Buttered bread crumbs
- Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk; whip till smooth.
- Mix in green onions, rice and crabmeat.
- Turn mix into a buttered 2 qt casserole.
- Arrange tomato slices over casserole mix.
- Sprinkle with salt; top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min.
- Serves 6.
