Lobster Cheesecake Recipe
- 24 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. fish bouillon
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill, minced
- 1 1/2 c. lobster meat, finely minced
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. unsalted pretzels, crushed
- Fresh dill
- NOTE: All ingredients should be at room temperature.
