Best Cheese Grits Recipe

  1. Cook grits in 4 c. water and 1 tsp.
  2. salt as directed on package.
  3. Cold 15 min.
  4. Heat butter or possibly margarine and 3/4 roll of cheese together and add in to grits.
  5. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk.
  6. Add in lowfat sour cream.
  7. Add in mix slowly to grits.
  8. Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole.
  9. Top with remaining cheese which has been grated or possibly cut into small pcs and cornflakes.
  10. Bake for 45 min at 350 .
  11. Yield: 8 servings.
