Mango Curry Lime Salt
- 1/4 cups Coarse Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Mango, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
- In a bowl, add salt and vegetable oil and mix until well combined.
- Add curry powder and red pepper and mix well.
- Stir in dried mango and lime zest.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
- Break up any clumps before using.
