Peanut butter apple shake
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup any flavor yogurt i use low fat vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- dash ground cinnamon
- Remove core and seeds from apples and cut them in pieces
- Put all ingredients in either a blender or Nutrabullet.
- When everything is all mixed and groundup enjoy.
- You can add more milk if you want your shake thinner.
- If you want to go more low calorie use low fat yogart and skim milk.
