Microwave Sugar Cookies Recipe

  1. Soften butter (15 seconds in microwave).
  2. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar.
  3. Cream till fluffy; beat in Large eggs and vanilla.
  4. Toss flour, baking pwdr, and salt to mix; add in to creamed mix and combine well.
  5. Refrigeratedough 1 hour till hard.
  6. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
  7. Cut in shapes.
  8. Arrange 8 cookies in a ring on waxed paper.
  9. Cook 2 min on HIGH.
  10. Yield 3-4 dozen.
