Spinach-Fruit Salad with Lime Dressing

• 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• zest and juice from 1 lime Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. milk
• 1-1/2 tsp. honey
• 1 cup each tightly packed fresh spinach and Boston lettuce leaves
• 1 grapefruit, sectioned
• 1 cup strawberries, halved

1. Mix Miracle Whip, lime zest, juice, milk and honey until blended.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add Miracle Whip mixture; mix lightly.
