Super moist turkey burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients except burger toppings and buns.
  2. Shape mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. Refridgerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Warm frying pan or grill pan to medium high heat.
  5. Cook patties for about 8 minutes on each side or until the pink is gone.
  6. I like to lightly grill my buns in another frying pan.
  7. Add whatever toppings you like.

ground turkey, ricotta cheese, worcestershire sauce, salt, salt, toppings
