Super moist turkey burgers
- 1 1/4 lb Ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Season salt
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Burger toppings and buns
- Mix all ingredients except burger toppings and buns.
- Shape mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Refridgerate for 10 minutes.
- Warm frying pan or grill pan to medium high heat.
- Cook patties for about 8 minutes on each side or until the pink is gone.
- I like to lightly grill my buns in another frying pan.
- Add whatever toppings you like.
