Creamed Tomato Soup Recipe

  1. Simmer first 5 ingredients together for 20 min.
  2. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk.
  3. Add in remaining lowfat milk; simmer over medium heat, stirring often, till it comes to a boil.
  4. When ready to serve, pour this warm lowfat milk over warm tomatoes.
  5. Stir quickly.
  6. Don't boil.
  7. If you like 1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice can be added at the same time as lowfat milk.
