Polish Chop Suey
- 3 lbs (1.4 kg). pork, cubed
- 1/2 stalk celery chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- Kluski noodles
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- Brown first three ingredients.
- Boil Kluski noodles 10 minutes; drain and combine with pork mixture.
- Add next four ingredients and blend well.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (175 C.).
