Hoosier Style Biscuits And Gravy Recipe
- 1 pound roll sausage
- 2-4 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can biscuits
- Brown sausage in a large frying pan.
- When done, drain off excess fat.
- Add in flour, stirring to coat all sausage.
- Add in lowfat milk, stirring till thickened.
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Spoon gravy over hot biscuits and enjoy.
- Serves 4.
