Hoosier Style Biscuits And Gravy Recipe

  1. Brown sausage in a large frying pan.
  2. When done, drain off excess fat.
  3. Add in flour, stirring to coat all sausage.
  4. Add in lowfat milk, stirring till thickened.
  5. Bake biscuits according to package directions.
  6. Spoon gravy over hot biscuits and enjoy.
  7. Serves 4.
