Cherries in the Snow
- 2-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 container (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Thank-You Cherry Pie filling
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar and melted butter.
- Line bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- (Wax paper works best to press mixture to bottom of pan without sticking all over your fingers) Mix cool whip, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.
- Put mixture in pan over graham cracker crumbs.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate!
