Cheddar Cheese Soup

  1. Saute onion and celery in margarine for 3 minutes. Stir in flour, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until vegetables are coated and mixture is bubbly. Stir in broth, carrots and potatoes. Bring to boil, then simmer stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Add milk; heat but do not boil. Stir in cheese until melted. Add pepper and salt.
