Chinese Cabbage With Beef

  1. Slice steak in thin slices; chop celery and onion.
  2. Saute in frying pan with a little oil 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add a little water to pan.
  4. Add garlic, salt and pepper and 2 bouillon cubes and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower the heat and let simmer, while adding the mushrooms and water chestnuts.
  6. Let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Thicken with flour or cornstarch.
  8. Add the soy sauce and Gravy Master.
  9. Then add the pea pods (just to heat through, do not cook).
