Aunt Nell's Baked Beans
- 1 (31 ounce) can pork and beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans white beans
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup small onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 8 slices bacon (uncooked)
- Pam a baking dish.
- Open can of pork and beans and both cans of white beans, pour into baking dish.
- Add the tomato soup, brown sugar and the mustard to the bean mixture.
- Mix well, making sure there are no lumps of brown sugar.
- Chop the onion to desired pieces and add to the bean mixture, mix well.
- Layer the uncooked bacon on top of the beans.
- Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for two hours.
- Turn oven off and let sit in oven overnight.
- (This is what the recipe says to do.)
- Or cool and refrigerate.
- Reheat the next day and enjoy.
