Spicy Piri Piri Chicken Club
- 100 grams chicken breasts Spicy piri piri - deli sliced
- 10 slices bacon Thick Cut
- 1 whole beefsteak tomatoes Sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese sliced - havarti
- 8 slices whole wheat bread toasted
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light miracle whip
- 2 tablespoons rosemary sprigs finely minced
- 1/2 whole lemon juice and zest
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil optional
- Bake the bacon at 350F (180C) on a tinfoil lined baking sheet for 8 to 12 minutes or until crispy.
- While the bacon is cooking combine mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice and zest, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil in small bowl.
- Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Pat bacon with paper towel to take grease off.
- toast the bread then spread mayo on 4 slices of bread.
- Put all ingredients on sandwiches and enjoy!
- Delicious any time of day or night.
