Fudge Ecstasies
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (2 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In heavy medium saucepan, heat 1/2 of the chocolate chips, the unsweetened chocolate and margarine or butter until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and baking powder.
- Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm and surfaces are dull and cracked.
- Cool cookies on wire rack.
- Makes about 36.
