Tater Breakfast Dish Recipe
- 1 box dry Betty Crocker hash browns/onion
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 sm. carton cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella or possibly Cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 pound bacon, fried
- Put taters in 1 qt warm tap water for 10 min.
- Drain.
- Beat Large eggs and combine cheeses, Large eggs, taters, onion, salt and pepper.
- Fry bacon, drain and put some in mix.
- Save most bacon for top.
- Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
- If stored in refrigerator overnight may require additional baking time.
