Red Sauce for Thai Pink Noodles
- 3 cubed of red bean curd
- 70 grams garlic pickles
- 1/4 cup relish
- 8 hot chilli ,deseeded
- 1/2 cup each ketchup and chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 tbsp red or pink color
- Blend all well
- Taste mildy ,sweet ,sour ,salty
- Good for creammy pink noodle dish ,and snother seafood pink noodles
