Red Sauce for Thai Pink Noodles

• 3 cubed of red bean curd
• 70 grams garlic pickles
• 1/4 cup relish
• 8 hot chilli ,deseeded
• 1/2 cup each ketchup and chilli sauce
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
• 1/3 tbsp red or pink color

1. Blend all well
2. Taste mildy ,sweet ,sour ,salty
3. Good for creammy pink noodle dish ,and snother seafood pink noodles
