Fresh Veggie Wrap
- 1 whole Flour Tortilla Wrap
- 1 ounce, weight Chevre (soft Goat Cheese)
- 1 cup Organic, Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 whole Carrot, Shredded
- 3 slices Jarred, Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Spread the tortilla with the chevre.
- Place the spinach, carrot, roasted red peppers on top.
- Splash with balsamic vinegar.
- Wrap up and enjoy!
