Diabetic Brownies

  1. Sift cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda and mix well.
  2. Add vanilla, sweetener, eggs.
  3. Stir until well-blended and add the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until well-blended, stir in chopped nuts, pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
  5. Level batter smoothly.
  6. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
