Refrigerator Cake
- 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 1 pkg. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. chunky peanut butter
- 6 c. corn flakes, crushed
- Heat first three ingredients until dissolved.
- Blend in chunky peanut butter.
- Place corn flakes in large bowl, pour syrup mixture over flakes and mix together.
- Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
