Chicken and Swiss Cheese

  1. Lay chicken in a baking dish.
  2. Season with a small amount of salt and pepper.
  3. Put a slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
  4. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over the top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle croutons over all.
  6. Bake covered for 3 hours at 275 degrees.
  7. Serve with rice.
