Chicken and Swiss Cheese
- 6 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Pounded Flat
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 package (6 Oz. Package) Pepperidge Farm Croutons, Crushed
- Lay chicken in a baking dish.
- Season with a small amount of salt and pepper.
- Put a slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
- Combine soup and sour cream and pour over the top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle croutons over all.
- Bake covered for 3 hours at 275 degrees.
- Serve with rice.
