Vegetable Lover's Burger

  1. PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill burgers 8 minutes or until heated through (160F), turning after 4 minutes and brushing with 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the dressing.
  4. TOSS onion and cheese with remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
  5. DIVIDE greens evenly among 4 plates.
  6. Place burgers on greens; top evenly with onion mixture, cucumber and tomato.
  7. ENJOY each burger with 2 oz.
  8. baked chips and 1/4 cup carrots.
  9. PREPARE each CRYSTAL LIGHT packet per package directions and serve 1 bottle of flavored water with each burger lunch.
