Smoked Turkey Wings in Butter Peas and Ocra
- 1 packages Butter Peas
- 1 packages Smoked Turkey Wings
- 1 packages Frozen Ocra
- 1/3 Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Oregano
- Cover Smoked Turkey with water in a large pot.
- Cook Turkey Wings thoroughly(until falling from bone).
- Add two cups of water.
- Empty bag of Butter Peas into pot.
- Let simmer for 45min.
- to a1 hour on Medium heat.
- Taste peas to required firmness.
- Add bag of Ocra
- Turn stove top to high heat.
- Add Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Salt, Black Pepper and Oregano.
- Turn heat to Med.-Low and let stand for Five minutes or so.
- Now you're ready to eat!!!!!!
