Savory Chicken Roll Ups
- 8 ounces, weight Package Cream Cheese
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed
- 4 ounces, weight Can Of Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 stalk Green Onions, Chopped (optional)
- 2 packages (8 Oz. Package) Refrigerator Crescent Rolls, 8 Per Package
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter
- 1 package (Small 8 Oz. Bag) Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix, Crushed
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Mix cream cheese, pepper, chicken, mushrooms and green onions together.
- Place a rounded tablespoonful of chicken mixture onto the center of a slightly stretched out triangle piece of crescent dough.
- Roll up from the large end, folding sides in to seal.
- Dip each roll into melted butter then in the crushed stuffing mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Sauce: Heat cream of chicken soup and sour cream together to make a smooth sauce.
