Smoky Guacamole

  1. In a large bowl, using a fork, coarsely mash the avocados.
  2. Add the lemon juice, garlic and onion.
  3. Mix again, lifting the fork occasionally to make the guacamole fluffy.
  4. Season with hot sauce and salt.
  5. Serve at once with tortilla chips.
