Blackened Catfish With Easy Tartar Sauce And Rice Recipe

  1. Prepare Easy Tartar Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, relish and lemon juice in small bowl; mix well.

  5. Rinse catfish under cool running water; pat dry with paper towel.

  9. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat till warm.
  10. Add in 2 fillets to skillet seasoned-side down.
  11. Cook 3 min.
  12. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 min more or possibly till fish begins to flake when tested with a fork.
  13. Remove filets from skillet; keep hot.
  14. Repeat with remaining filets.
  15. Serve with Easy Tartar Sauce and rice.
  16. This recipe yields 4 servings.
