Hard-Cooked Eggs

  1. Carefully place eggs in single layer in 4-quart saucepan.
  2. Add enough water to cover at least 1 inch above eggs.
  3. Cover saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat 12-15 minutes or until water comes to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
  6. Place eggs into ice water 5-7 minutes or until cooled.
  7. Peel eggs.
  8. Store refrigerated.
