Beef And Mushroom Stir-Fry

  1. Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, onions, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add beef to marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in wok.
  4. Add mushrooms and saute 2 minutes.
  5. Add cabbage and saute 5 minutes.
  6. Add beef and marinade.
  7. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  8. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
  9. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
