Harvest Chicken Stew Recipe

  1. Heat chicken, water, bouillon to boiling in Dutch oven, reduce heat.
  2. Cover and simmer 30 min, skim off fat.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients, except chives.
  4. Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer till vegetables are tender, about 20 to 30 min.
  6. (Thicken with flour and water if you like).
  7. Garnish with snipped chives.
