Grilled Asian Short Ribs
- 2 pounds Boneless Beef Short Ribs
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Minced Or Grated
- 2 teaspoons Sambal Oelek
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil

- Combine soy sauce, garlic, green onions, ginger, sambal oelek, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and stir well.

- Place short ribs in a resealable bag.
- Add marinade.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

- Grill over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
