Diabetic Pie Crust Recipe
- 20 graham crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Packages Equal
- 1/4 lemon peel (optional)
- Crush crackers and add in Equal.
- Add in butter.
- Put in pie plates and pat down.
- Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
- Makes 2 (9 inch) pie crusts or possibly 1 (9 x 13 inch) baking dish crust.
