Diabetic Pie Crust Recipe

  1. Crush crackers and add in Equal.
  2. Add in butter.
  3. Put in pie plates and pat down.
  4. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
  5. Makes 2 (9 inch) pie crusts or possibly 1 (9 x 13 inch) baking dish crust.
