Hamburger Stroganoff
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- season salt
- pepper
- 1 cup light sour cream
- mushroom
- egg noodles
- Brown meat with onion, drain.
- Return to skillet.
- Mix together: broth, soup, ketchup, Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Add liquid to meat.
- Cook on medium heat until bubbling.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in mushrooms.
- Cook noodles, drain.
- Remove sauce from heat, stir in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles.
