Branana Muffins

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and spices. Set aside.
  2. Stir together cereal, milk and bananas in mixing bowl. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened.
  3. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  4. Add egg whites and Promise spread to cereal mixture.
  5. Beat well.
  6. Add flour mixture; stir in raisins, stirring only until combined.
  7. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Yield:
  10. 12 muffins.
  11. Per serving: 1 muffin, 150 calories, 2 g dietary fiber, 4 g fat.
