Ceviche
- 3 lb red
- 8 lemons
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 3 romas
- 1 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 1/2 cup fresh red raddish
- 2 hass avocado
- After fish has been cleaned, dice in about one inch to half inch cubes.
- Rinse in cold tap and strain most access water.
- Transfer fish into a large stainless steel bowl.
- Squeeze lemons in fish.
- This recipe goes great with club or saltine crackers and an ice cold beer for a sports game or entertaining a small crowd.
