Hubby' s Creek Fries (indoor)
- 7 medium potatoes
- 1 dash veggie oil enough to roll the potatoes in
- 1 salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1 large onion - minced
- 3 slice thick bacon (love pepper bacon)
- Peel russet potatoes cut into slices.
- put oil on potatoes.
- sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- mix by hand.
- cut Bacon slices in half.
- add fresh minced onion to potatoes.
- mix onion in potatoes by hand.
- spray casserole dish with no stick spray.
- put half the potatoes mixture in the baking dish.
- lay a layer of Bacon on the potatoes.
- put another layer of potatoes and bacon.
- cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min at 375
- THESE CAN BE PUT ON A GRILL FOR A BBQ.
- I USUALLY TAKE 2 LAYERS OF ALUMINIUM FOIL AND MAKE A POUCH TO GO ON THE GRILL.
- PLACE THEM IN THE BACK OR IN THE HOT COALS.
- LIKE FRIED POTATOES!!
