Sausage & Peppers Rotini
- 3/4 lb. Italian sausage links, sliced
- 1 cup halved green pepper strips
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Basil Cooking Creme
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups hot cooked rotini pasta
- Cook sausage in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until browned, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until sausage is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in cooking creme and milk; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add pasta; mix lightly.
