Pasta Wit Fresh Basil, Tomato and Parmesan

  1. Cook pasta in 4 qts boiling water until very al dente.
  2. Drain and toss with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Cool to room temperature, occasionally stirring the pasta to coat throughly.
  4. Add chopped basil, tomatoes, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix throughly but gently.
  6. Garnish with basil leaves.
