Frozen Cookie & Creme Cups
- 12 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press 1 Tbsp.
- onto bottom of each of 10 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
- Spoon half the pudding mixture over crusts; top with remaining crumb mixture and remaining pudding mixture.
- Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
- Remove paper liners.
- Top desserts with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
