Korean Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 stalk Scallions, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce, Or To Taste
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and minced garlic together in the sesame oil until browned.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Add remaining ingrediants and simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- This is a quick and easy meal served over rice with broccoli on the side.
