Award Winning Garlic And Raspberry Bbq Baked Brie Recipe
- 2 lrg heads of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (30 millilitres)
- 1 sm round of Brie Seedless raspberry jam
- Cut off head of garlic.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top.
- Wrap Brie in foil and place in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) or possibly on BBQ at medium heat for 45 min.
- The garlic should be soft.
- Five min before the garlic is done, wrap Brie in foil and place over low heat to soften.
- Place garlic, Brie, jam and crackers on platter
