Southwestern Sausage-Rice Wraps
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced
- 3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high 5 min.
- or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Stir in broth and salsa; bring to boil.
- Add rice; stir.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 5 min.
- Spoon onto tortillas; fold in half.
