Stir Fry Hallibut Fillet With Black Pepper

  1. CORNSTARCH MIXTURE
  2. Mix cornstach with water and set aside
  3. PAN FRIED FILLET
  4. Coat fish with cornstach
  5. With oil pan fried fillet then use a scissor and cut into bite size and set aside
  6. STIR FRY
  7. With 2 tbsp of oil sautAS pounded paste and onion till fragrance then add light soy sauce
  8. Add fish and black pepper then top spring onion and gently stir fry to mix
  9. Add 2 tbsp of cornstach mixture and stir fry gently again and let sauce almost evaporated then off heat
  10. Put cut up cucumber and tomato on the plate first then top cooked dish and serve immediately
