Beans Vinaigrette Recipe
- 1 pkg. Italian green beans
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Cook beans according to package directions, adding onion to cook with the beans.
- Mix together garlic, red wine vinegar, mustard, and parsley.
- Add in oil 1 Tbsp.
- at a time, mixing well between each Tbsp..
- Drain beans and onions, stir in vinegar mix till beans are coated.
- Let stand for 5 min.
