Grilled Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 14 cup white balsamic vinegar (or dark)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Rinse fish and pat dry.
- Combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoons oil and vinegar mixture over each fillet.
- Place fish on an oiled grill about 4 to 6 inches above medium coals.
- Cook, turning once, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture.
