Grilled Salmon

  1. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  2. Combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoons oil and vinegar mixture over each fillet.
  4. Place fish on an oiled grill about 4 to 6 inches above medium coals.
  5. Cook, turning once, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture.
