Yummy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. cook the potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 15 to 20 minute or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  2. Return to saucepan.
  3. add the remaining ingredients; mash with potato masher or ricer until smooth.
  4. We sometimes add a small dash of butter for taste, we have substituted with just plain cream cheese, but we prefer Herb & Garlic.
