Chops And Spuds Oven Bake

  1. Salt
  2. and
  3. pepper chops.
  4. Coat with flour.
  5. Rub in dash of curry
  6. powder
  7. on
  8. each
  9. side.
  10. Heat
  11. oil in heavy skillet. Brown chops
  12. on each side.
  13. Place in oblong dish.
  14. Cook onions in skillet until soft.
  15. Add mushroom soup and 2 cans of water. Add sliced mushrooms; bring up heat until the mixture bubbles. Place potatoes
  16. in dish between chops.
  17. Pour mushroom mixture over chops and potatoes.
  18. Place in oven preheated to 350u0b0 and bake 1tour. Add
  19. 1/4
  20. Velveeta cheese over top of chops and potatoes.
  21. Bake until
  22. cheese melts.
  23. Serve with hot biscuits and butter.
