Curry brown rice with veggies

  1. Put olive oil in a medium heat medium pot and then put the onions until tender
  2. Add the Curry powder and stir for one minute then add the rice
  3. Stir the rice for 2 minutes to get the flavor then put the water and season with salt and pepper
  4. Reduce heat and leave it for 12-15 minutes until perfectly cooked.
  5. Steam the vegetables if they aren't already steamed and when the rice is done just mix everything together.
  6. For the curry powder , bring a small pan and toast the cumin seeds , coriander and the cardamon until it's aromatic then ground and mix it with the turmeric and cayenne pepper.
