Chocolate PB & Banana Protein Pudding

  1. Place three large bananas in the blender.
  2. Add 4 cups of chocolate almond milk to blender.
  3. Add 4 scoops of chocolate casein protein powder.
  4. Add 1 cup peanut butter to the blender.
  5. Add one cup of water or ice as needed to reduce thickness for blending.
  6. The less water the better, as it will make a thicker pudding.
  7. Blend until smooth consistency.
  8. Pour into individual serving glasses.
  9. Refrigerate overnight for pudding consistency.
  10. Enjoy!
